What we collect

What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you add one), and your message.

How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are visited, how long people stay, the type of device and browser, and the general location (city or country). It doesn't tell us who you are.

Technical data. Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and to keep the site running. To prevent spam, the contact form keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for about an hour.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and talk about your project.
• To understand what's working on the site and improve it.
• To keep the site and the contact form secure and free of spam.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list. The only record we keep that identifies you is the email your message creates in our inbox.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics (named _ga and _ga_, followed by an ID). They let Analytics tell new visits from returning ones, and they last up to two years.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way.

Who else handles it

We use a few trusted services to run the site. They process information only to provide their service to us.

• Google Analytics for site statistics. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Our web host, which serves the site and keeps its server logs.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages you send us stay in our email for as long as we're talking or working together, and as long as we need them for our business records. Google Analytics deletes its detailed data after two months.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, such as the EU, the UK, or California, you may have other rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor them.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. For any privacy question or request, send us a note. We'll get back to you, usually within one business day.
