In two weeks, we turn your idea into a working prototype you can click through on your phone, plus a clear plan for building the real thing.
Everything you need to decide what to build, and to show others why it's worth building.
Fixed scope, fixed length. You'll know the full commitment before we start.
A working prototype
A web prototype you can open on any phone or laptop and click through like the real thing. It's a demo running on sample data, with nothing real behind it yet, so it's easy and safe to share with your team, your users, or investors. When the big question is whether something can be built at all, like hardware or AI, we build a technical proof of concept instead.
A product overview and roadmap
What you're building, who it's for, and what comes first, second, and later.
A tech plan
The architecture and stack we recommend, explained in plain language, so the build starts on solid ground.
Short check-ins every other day keep you in the loop without taking over your week.
We dig into your idea, your users, and your goals, and agree on what the prototype needs to prove.
User stories, a first outline of your data, and often a few early screens to click through. You react, we adjust.
A longer working session on the first version of the prototype. This is where the big decisions get made.
Refinements, with the roadmap and tech plan taking shape.
We walk you through the prototype and the plan. It's all yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
This isn't a few prompts and a prayer. We build the way we always have, with the same careful planning and the same solid engineering. AI just handles the legwork. That frees us to think more, try new ideas, and plan better, so two weeks gets you further than it used to.
Who It's For
Bring your idea, your goals, who it's for, and any constraints. No technical knowledge needed.
- You have an idea and want to see it before committing to a build
- You need a prototype for your next funding round
- You're planning a new product, a major feature, or a rebuild
- You're not technical and want a partner who explains things plainly
Don't see yours?
What's included in the two-week sprint?
A working prototype, a product overview and roadmap, and an architecture and stack recommendation. It's yours to keep.
Is the prototype a real app?
It works like one, but it's a demo. It runs on sample data, with no real accounts, payments, or customer information behind it. It's built to prove the idea and show it to others. The real product comes in the build that follows.
What's a technical proof of concept?
A small working test of the riskiest part of the idea, when the big question is whether it can be built at all. For example, a device reading a real sensor and sending data to a simple dashboard, an AI feature run against real sample inputs to see if it's accurate enough, or a connection to a third-party system the product depends on. You get the working demo and a short write-up of what worked, the limits we found, and what it means for the build.
Why a web prototype, even for a mobile app?
Anyone can open it from a link, on any device, with nothing to install and no accounts. That makes it easy to test with real users and share with investors.
How much of my time does it take?
A kickoff, short check-ins every other day, one longer session at the midpoint, and a final walkthrough. Enough to keep it yours without taking over your week.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Bring your idea, your goals, who it's for, and any constraints. We explain every decision in plain language.
How do you use AI?
AI builds out the prototype screens and speeds up research. The planning, the decisions, and the engineering still come from us, the same way they always have. That leaves more of the two weeks for trying ideas and getting the plan right.
What if I already have a product?
The sprint works just as well for a major new feature or a rebuild. We start from what you have and plan what comes next.
What happens after the sprint?
If you'd like us to build it, we turn the plan into a scoped estimate and timeline. Then we build it with you, and the prototype becomes the real thing in short, visible cycles. If you're raising first, the prototype goes into the pitch with you.

The first cut is the hardest. We'll make it with you.
